Another way, way overdue card for posting! It found its way on my inbox in February 2008! I was in the Philippines and Sacramento, CA until mid-May. I’m still adjusting from the vacation mode to work mode, believe it or not!

I wouldn’t have expected this! Another dear postcard friend, Igor from Germany sent me this amazing 20-something year old postcards of Boston, Massachusetts (where I am now)!! It’s as though they were just recently sent because of their mint condition.

The stamps are just as wonderful! One postcard had a $.28 stamp! The US postal service now charges $.94 stamp for a postcard to send abroad. Inflation sucks! That’s just stamps, don’t even get me started on current gas prices!

(Collector’s Note: My very first postcard for this project and it’s from my top 5 fave cities in the United States!! I love New York, I love Broadway!! [...but I wouldn't want to live there- just visit! LOL] I’ve been to New York numerous times to watch Broadway shows and the city still amazes me every visit… I can’t get enough of it. The funny thing is, I’ve never been to Hell’s Kitchen! Would put that on my list for next visit… Thank you Todd!)
